68949, United States About the Role We are seeking an experienced
and compassionate Travel Long-Term Care Registered Nurse (LTC RN)
to join a skilled nursing team for a 13-week assignment. The RN
will provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term
care setting, ensuring safety, comfort, and continuity of care.
Responsibilities - Provide direct nursing care to long-term care
residents in accordance with established policies and procedures -
Assess resident conditions and monitor changes in health status -
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed - Document
patient care accurately and timely in accordance with facility and
regulatory requirements - Collaborate with interdisciplinary team
members, including CNAs, physicians, and therapy staff - Ensure
compliance with state and federal regulations and standards of care
- Support resident dignity, comfort, and quality of life
Qualifications - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state
of Nebraska - Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility
experience required - Strong clinical assessment and documentation
skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a
