If yes, please list dates. 2 years of hospital experience in both CT and X-rayBLS - AHA or ARCARRT (R)ARRT (CT) - preferredNE rad license Does candidate live within 50 miles of this facility?REMINDERS: 12 hours of non-billable orientation.Guaranteed hours do not apply during orientation.Client can call off 48 hours per 13 weeks.Client does not accept local candidates and has a 50-mile radius restriction.ADD'L : typically 7x12-hour shifts (1900-0630), Wednesday to Wednesday. The portable x-ray s are Fuji and Shimadzu. Cancellation can give a 2-week notice and call off up to 48 hours per 13 weeks. Charting BSN License to Trauma Level:3 Care Shift Weds-Weds (7 on/7 off). No Call.
