Radiation Oncology Locum position in Grand Island, NE- $300 Hourly Start Date: May 5, 2025 -May 27, 2025 Schedule/Availability Requirements: Monday - Friday 8am to 4:30pm May 05 - May 09; 8a - 5p May 22 - May 23; 8a - 5p May 27; 8a - 5p Submission Requirements: Must meet ALL submission requirements in order to submit. Board Certified Oncology - Required Active NE License or IMLC (LOQ in hand at time of submission) - Required Active ACLS and NE DEA - Required Must state availability for specific dates above - Required Last 2 Years Case Logs to be Included With Submission - Required Disclose if provider has worked at any other Sister Facility - Required COVID Vaccine - Required Position Details : How many weekly follow-ups? Anywhere from 5-10 How many new consults? 3-9 What equipment do they use? (ex: Varian) Varian Truebeam. What treatment planning system do they use? (ex: Eclipse with ARIA) Eclipse and Mosaiq Will the locum be working solo? 1 Nurse Practitioner What support staff is available? (ex: 1 therapists, 1 dosimetrist (also a therapist) 1 radiation therapy assistant (does all CT simulations) 2 nurses, etc.) 1 dosimetrist; 2 therapist; 2 nurses; 1 nurse Navigator; outreach coordinator; 2 tumor registrars; 1 social worker; 1 supervisor (also dosimetrist and therapist) Average number of scheduled patients per day: 20 60%adult, 40% geriatric EMR: EPIC, Mosiaq Support Staff: One APP will provide coverage Reason for Coverage: perm provider on vacation Do you have a moment today to discuss this?
