Certified Surgical Technologist Location: Omaha, NE Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,218 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/9/2026 About the Position Job Title: CVOR Tech Profession: Surgical Services Specialty: CVOR Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 hours (06:30 - 19:00) Experience: 2 years of CVOR Tech experience required License: BLS required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NBSTSA Must-Have: Experience with CVOR cases: CABG, MVR, AVR, Aortic Root, Aortic Dissection, LVAD, Heart Transplant, Lung Transplant, Aortic Aneurysm Repair Scrubs experience required Level 1 Trauma experience highly preferred Experience with General Surgery required DaVinci experience highly preferred Description: CVOR Tech position requires 3x12 hour shifts on rotating days. Weeknight call requirements (1-2 nights per week on average). Weekend call required (every 1-2 weekends on average). Block schedule cannot be accommodated. The position involves 3-6 cases per day. Travelers must have scrubs experience. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of CVOR Tech experience. Level 1 Trauma experience is highly preferred. BLS certification is required. Travelers should not be first-time travelers. Experience with General Surgery is required. DaVinci experience is highly preferred. COVID-19 vaccine is required with medical/religious exemptions only. Facility requires compliance documents to be submitted by the deadline provided. Weekly patient care involves adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. The daily census typically involves 3-6 cases. Weekend shifts will be required as specified. All contracts must end on a Sunday. A nicotine-free policy is in place at the facility.
