Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. A part-time
Occupational Therapist opportunity is available to provide
specialized support within an elementary school setting in
Franklin, WI. This role is ideal for an experienced therapist
skilled in school-based occupational therapy, focusing on helping
students achieve their full potential through therapeutic
interventions. Responsibilities: Deliver occupational therapy
services to one student, three times per week, within the school
environment. Assess student needs and develop individualized
treatment plans. Collaborate with educators, parents, and support
staff to enhance student outcomes. Maintain accurate documentation
of therapy sessions and progress reports. Opportunities may arise
to expand services to additional students based on needs.
Participate in team meetings and professional development as
required. Desired Qualifications: Licensed Occupational Therapist
with experience in school-based therapy. Strong knowledge of
pediatric OT techniques and educational regulations. Ability to
work independently and manage caseload effectively. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to fostering
positive interactions with students and school personnel. Location:
