results require a retest.Background Check Completed within thirty
(30) days prior to start date and INCLUDES: National Criminal
Check, FACIS Level III, National Sex Offender, all states and
counties lived and worked in within the past seven (7) years,
including for any aliases. SSN and Address Trace are
required.Specialty Competency Exam Completed within one (1) year of
start date for the specialty corresponding to the CP's Assignment;
required annually. An 80% or passing rate is required.Valid state

CloseDepartment Notes:4 OR suites, plus additional rooms for minor
proceduresMisc hospital and RN needs to be the jack of all trades
and have experience with scrub and circulate. DaVinci robot
experience preferred. Perform a lot of Ortho cases. Facility has a
lot of visiting physicians that hold clinic for ENT, Ortho, ect. RN
will circulate C-sections. Since it is a small department, RN will
assist with turning rooms, cleaning, and picking
cases.REQUIREMENTS: 3 years of experience as an OR RN; Must be able
to scrub and circulate; Need to be very comfortable with total
joint cases; Must have prior travel experienceHCPs are required to
take MOAB if they don t already have CPI or MOAB. The cost is
$150.CPI certification refers to training provided by the Crisis
Prevention Institute, which teaches safe, evidence-based methods
for preventing and de-escalating challenging or aggressive
behaviors especially in healthcare, education, behavioral health,
and human-services settings.MOAB certification refers to training
provided by the MOAB Training International and stands for
Management of Aggressive Behavior. It is a professional program
that teaches staff how to prevent, recognize, and safely respond to
escalating or aggressive behavior in a wide range of environments
healthcare, schools, security, customer service, and public-facing
roles.RN must have a positive attitude and be a team player.
Candidate should be extremely honest during phone interview
regarding their skill set and abilities as they do expect travelers
to come in and hit the ground running. Scrubs: Hospital provided
Orientation: Flexibility to start RN on any day of the week. Brief
hospital orientation to obtain badge and review hospital policies
and procedures and then will report to department where the RN will
be checked off on competencies. Length of orientation will be
dependent on RN and their skill set. Guaranteed Hours: 36 Contract
