Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Skilled Nursing Discipline: LPN / LVN Start Date: 12/07/2025 Duration: 12 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel PLEASE READ LPN- LTC Shift: 12 hour nights; 6 Facility: St. Joseph’s Villa and Court, David City, Nebraska Facility Type: Skilled Nursing / Assisted Living LPN Requirements: Minimum 2 years LTC experience Active LPN license in Nebraska or compact state BLS certification (AHA) Schedule: 12H shifts, 36 hours per week, every other weekend Resident Areas: St. Maria and St. Frances hallways for LTC residents St. Theresa’s Garden for Memory Support (avg. 8 residents) REQUIREMENTS: W/ RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE UPDATED RESUME LICENSE BLS CERTIFICATE 2-3 REFERENCE Job ID 34885732 About Nationwide Therapy Group NTG is a proud partner with healthcare professionals across the country.
