Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: CT Technologist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: 07/21/2025 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Job ID: 70863137 Position: CT Technologist Shift: 12-Hour Days, Friday–Sunday, 07:00–19:30 Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week Contract Length: 13 weeks (91 days) Setting: Acute Care Trauma Level: Level I Division: Allied Health Charting System: - EMR: EPIC - PACS: McKesson License to Submit: Yes BSN Required: No (Not applicable for this allied role) Facility & Equipment: - Department: CT - Scanners/Rooms: 8 treatment areas - Equipment: - Siemens CT scanners - Bracco contrast injectors - Radiation Badge: Provided by client Certifications Required: - BLS – American Heart Association - ARRT (CT) – Certified CT Technologist Patient Population & Job Duties: - Mixed population: Pediatrics to Geriatrics - High acuity patients; busy OR and ER - Common studies: - CTAs, hearts, perfusion - Must perform venipuncture as required - Must be able to manage multiple priorities and shift focus quickly - Preferred: Ability to perform both CT and X-ray (especially for overnight coverage) Attributes of a Strong Candidate: - Self-motivated with strong ownership of responsibilities - Excellent teamwork, follow-up, and customer service - Able to stay busy, problem-solve, and think outside the box Floating & Schedule Notes: - May float to: - Main campus - UC campus (standalone ER) - Other imaging areas (MRI, X-ray, Ultrasound) depending on experience and need - Shifts Available: 8s, 12s, or mixed (starting at 7:00 AM or 3:00 PM depending on department) - Weekend Requirement: Based on posted shift - Holiday Requirement: As needed for department - Orientation: 36–40 hours unit-specific Radius & Submission Rules: - Radius Rule: Must live 50 miles away - Cannot be employed (FT, PT, or PRN) with CommonSpirit, CHI, or Dignity Health - Driver’s License: Required at submittal to verify distance Time Off & Cancellation Policy: - RTO: - Maximum 7 days per 13-week contract (must be submitted upfront) - No additional RTO will be approved after submission - Hospital Cancellations: - Up to 4 shifts per 13-week contract - Up to 3 shifts for shorter assignments About Nationwide Therapy Group NTG is a proud partner with healthcare professionals across the country.
