We are committed to growing our team of highly skilled, patient-focused nurses.The Nurse Residency Program is a full-time, formalized 12-month program, which includes an approximately 6-month blended day and night orientation and monthly residency classes. Upon completing orientation, Nurse Residents will continue to attend monthly residency classes for six months while working a 72-hour night shift position. This period will involve self-scheduling, minimal weekend requirements (two Fridays, two Saturdays, and one Sunday over six weeks), and minimal holiday shifts.We are looking for May 2025 RN graduates or RNs with less than one year of experience.The program includes a blended approach to clinical practice, classroom content, and online learning. The residency program will foster critical thinking skills, prioritization, and time management.The Nurse Resident will orient and work on the Inpatient Medical/Surgical unit at 36 hours a week.
