Job Description:
CHI Health Good Samaritan is in need of ENT Physicians to staff
a Level II Trauma Center. Coverage will be over weekends.
Rates
24h call (4h gratis) + callback
Schedule/Availability Requirements:
Coverage will be over weekends.
Facility Location: CHI Health Good Samaritan Hospital
Setting: Level II Trauma Center bed hospital
Duties: Cover ENT call coverage and come in when requested by our
trauma/ED Physicians
FTE: .33
Required Procedures: Adenoidectomy, Audiogram, lump/tumor removal,
tonsillectomy
EMR: EPIC
Support Staff: Anesthesia, CRNA, Surgery Dept.
Reason for Coverage:. We are required to have 24/7 ENT coverage to
maintain our Level II Trauma center status.
Dealbreakers: Must be board certified

Board Certified
State License Must have a NE license or be able to get one within a
few months. Compact license is fine!
