Setting: clinic FTE: 1Required Procedures: Provider must be able to do SRS and SBRT.EMR: EPIC, MosaiqSupport Staff: One APP will provide coverage Reason for Coverage: vacation coverage

Locum will be responsible for supervising other health care providers while working!
Average number of scheduled patients per day: 20
60%adult, 40% geriatricTreatment machine1: Varian TrueBeam (SRS-cone and MLC, SBRT, VMAT, OBI, OSMS, photon/electrons)Treatment machine2: Varian Trilogy (VMAT, photon/electrons)Treatment software: Eclipse treatment planning, Mosaiq record and verify, EPIC Electronic Health recordDosimetrist or Physicist both full time in the department.
