compassionate and dedicated Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to join our
healthcare team. The CNA will provide essential care and support to
residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being in
accordance with facility policies and state regulations.Key
Responsibilities:* Assist residents with daily living activities,
including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.* Provide
mobility assistance, including transferring and repositioning
residents.* Assist with meal preparation and feeding as necessary.*
Monitor and record vital signs, such as temperature, pulse,
respiration, and blood pressure.* Observe residents and report any
changes in health or behavior to the nursing staff.* Maintain
cleanliness and organization of resident living spaces.* Provide
emotional support and companionship to residents.* Adhere to
infection control and safety protocols.* Assist with documentation
and maintain accurate records of care provided.* Follow all
facility policies, procedures, and state/federal
regulations.Qualifications:* Current certification as a Nurse Aide
(CNA) in the state of Nebraska.* Ability to lift and move residents
safely.* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.*
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.* Ability to
work effectively in a team-oriented environment.Physical
Requirements:* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.* Frequent standing,
walking, bending, and lifting.* Ability to respond quickly in
