and compassionate charge nurse (RN or LPN) to join our skilled
nursing team. This role is responsible for supervising nursing
staff, ensuring high-quality patient care, and maintaining
compliance with all healthcare regulations. The charge nurse will
play a critical leadership role in coordinating resident care and
promoting a positive work environment.Key Responsibilities:*
Oversee daily nursing operations to ensure residents receive
exceptional care.* Provide guidance to nursing staff, including
CNAs and other healthcare personnel.* Administer medications and
treatments as prescribed by physicians.* Monitor resident
conditions, assess health status, and document changes in medical
records.* Communicate effectively with residents, families, and
interdisciplinary team members.* Ensure compliance with all
federal, state, and local healthcare regulations.* Respond to
emergency situations and provide appropriate interventions.*
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all nursing services
provided.* Promote a safe and supportive environment for both
residents and staff.Qualifications:* Licensure: Active Registered
Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state
of Nebraska.* Certifications: CPR/BLS certification required.*
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.*
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented
