Experience: --- 12 months of role experience is required from any number of months. --- 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience is required from last 4 years. Requirements: --- Candidates must have a Nebraska license or compact license (required for submission). --- This role may require floating to additional units and locations --- Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live > 50 miles from facility to be submitted.--- Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted. Guaranteed Hours 48 Weekend and Holiday Requirement: As needed Floating Requirements: PCU or Burn Beds: 42 How often are staff taking a 1:6 ratio?: At least once a week Common diagnoses/Types of patients: Medical, surgical, and orthopedics Candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity. RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract). Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions. Scrub Color/Dress Code/Scrubs provided?: Navy blue 1 reference from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission 1 reference from last 3 years (Any reference type) - required for submission Driver's license required for submission Certifications: --- BLS (Basic Life Support)
