Med/Surg RN needed in Hastings, Nebraska with competitive pay & excellent benefits Located just south of Grand Island and 90 minutes from Lincoln, Hastings is centrally located, easily accessible and recognized for its sprawling parks, cultural activities, historic architecture and first class education, medical and sporting facilities. POSITION TYPE: Registered Nurse (RN) LOCATION: Hastings, NE SETTING: Medical Surgical (Med/Surg) SHIFT: Nights JOB TYPE: Full-Time Permanent SKILLS REQUIRED: 2 years of Acute experience strongly preferred Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Ability to perform basic nursing skills on groups of patients and ability to assume charge responsibility. Ability to multitask and prioritize quickly. Ability to administer medication utilizing the five rights. Ability to communicate verbally and in written form. Basic computer knowledge.
