Job Description:
+ Position: physical Therapist PRN
+ Hours: PRN hours
+ Setting: Assisted and Independent Living Community
+ Location: Bailey Point at Van Dorn
QUALIFICATIONS
+ Graduate from Physical Therapy program
+ Current license as Physical Therapist or ability to obtain in the
state of practice
+ Previous experience in outpatient, preferred
+ Must meet Clinical Competency requirements
+ Ability to travel within 50 minutes of your assigned primary
building(s) as needed.
+ Current CPR certification, if practicing in home health
