Job Description:
Job Summary: The Clinical Optimization Specialist will be
responsible for the optimization of all clinical areas, perform
routine clinical audits, and assist with the improvement and
enhanced efficiency of acquisitions, de novos, and existing
practices.Role and Responsibilities:
- Constantly seek to improve the customer service experience and
company vision, through site visits in the field as well as
facilitating meetings, trainings, and projects
- Identify opportunities to enhance patient and referral
satisfaction
- Collaborate with surgeon(s) and clinical team to integrate EHR
processes
- Resolve conversion issues from preliminary software integration
to OMSVision
- Create organizational development and team member training
programs to new acquisitions and de novos
- Monitors, analyzes, and evaluates effectiveness of
training-based program goals
- Works with new and existing clinical team members to mentor and
develop their skills, knowledge base, and patient communication
skills
- Supports Paradigm Leadership with acquisitions and de novos,
building capabilities in clinical team members to perform at their
optimal level post integration
- Sets goals and objectives and monitors performance through
tracking mechanisms
- Work within the budget to manage operational expenses and
workforce headcount plans
- Aids in application of procurement systems to educate team
members on ordering and reconciling administrative and clinical
supplies
- Implements, adapts, and manages full arch and digital workflow
initiativesRequired Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to travel and work a flexible schedule while
simultaneously prioritizing job responsibilities
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to
detail
- Ability to work as part of a comprehensive team
- Ability to successfully implement new software and applications
for acquisitions
- High level understanding of all clinical job functions
- Excellent customer service skills including written and verbal
communicationEducation and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- BLS certification required
- Two years of clinical experience required
- Surgical or dental experience preferredCollege education
preferred
