Your Impact
Join Axon's Enterprise team to turn our mission of protecting lives at scale into reality. You will manage a portfolio of connected sensors, next-gen body cameras, and cloud applications, transforming them into personal-safety platforms for retail associates, nurses, delivery drivers, and frontline heroes. Your goal: understand the challenges of large organizations and develop product strategies to unlock new markets and revenue.
As the voice of the enterprise customer, you'll lead segment-specific innovation, mapping jobs-to-be-done, personas, and capabilities into new solutions. You'll collaborate with Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to build, sell, and promote these solutions, addressing issues such as retail crime and workplace violence.
We're seeking a full-stack product leader comfortable working with engineers, legal teams, and C-suite executives. You thrive in ambiguity, influence without authority, and aim for mission-driven outcomes. Join us to design, ship, and scale life-saving technology that redefines safety for millions.
What You'll Do

• Location: Hybrid from Seattle, WA; Scottsdale, AZ; Boston, MA; Atlanta, GA
  
• Reports to: Senior Director of Product Management - Axon Enterprise
  
• Direct Reports: None
  
• Customer Obsession: Build deep relationships with large enterprise customers, understand their jobs, and develop roadmaps to solve their problems while growing Axon's business.
  
• Leadership & Vision: Lead and influence across all business functions, creating rational directions and ensuring customer-centric initiatives.
  
• Critical Thinking & Writing: Produce detailed product visions, specifications, and strategies to align stakeholders.
  
• Influence & Trust: Build trust with leaders and technical teams, representing your domain effectively in various forums.
  
• Deliver Results: Own the full product lifecycle from conception to post-launch, managing dependencies and overcoming challenges.
  
  What You Bring
  
  • 
    
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
    
  • 5+ years in software product organizations, with at least 2 in product management leadership
    
  • 1+ years working with large enterprise customers
    
  • Ability to travel 25-30% for customer engagement and product evaluations
    
  • Strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, collaboration, and influence
    
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
