Job Description:

An organization is seeking an Operations Manager to support proposal development, digital fundraising, employee recruitment, and project management.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist with proposal development, digital fundraising, and donor outreach
Manage project tasks such as grant reporting and budget oversight
Lead recruiting activities and develop an internship program

Required Qualifications:

Experience in human resources, recruiting, and/or fundraising
Knowledge of federal grant applications and project management software
Experience with applicant tracking and CRM systems
Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of relevant work experience, or associate's degree and 2-3 years of relevant work experience
Passion for clean energy, diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility
