1. Successful track record leading interdisciplinary teams in creating customer centered experiences, with proven skills in mentoring, presenting, and client communication.

2. Oversee schedules, budgets and partners related to the execution and maintenance of our client's marketing websites.

3. Oversee and develop systems architecture for websites, mobile applications, email and other emerging technologies as needed by clients of the partner we're working with.

4. Produces bold, strategic, persuasive, branded experiences across all interactive media.

5. Collaborate with Digital Strategists in the development of estimates for web and other digital projects.

6. Lead efforts in the development of interfaces, large-scale digital experiences and applications.

7. Collaborate with creative writers, UI/UX designers, and other team members who may share responsibility on specific projects and conduct retros to improve process and performance.

8. Experience using various prototyping tools to help understand the problem, test concepts, and communicate experiences to internal teams and clients.

9. Keeps up on latest web development news and technologies, adjusting processes as needed to ensure best practices are followed and the right technologies are used.

10. Leads the development of processes used by the development team related to version control, code quality, and deployment.

11. Lead maintenance efforts, including scheduling and QA of system updates, remediating security vulnerabilities, and suggesting innovations.

12. Capable of troubleshooting across known code languages, and assists teammates and project managers with issues as they arise.

13. Responsible for monitoring uptime of marketing domains and remediation of issues.

14. Manage and oversee 3rd party integrations and technology stack.

15. Lead UX / wireframe development, monitoring and testing strategies on marketing domains.

16. Partner with IT system engineers and cloud teams to ensure proper setup of web environments for testing and deployment by IT partner teams, and facilitates ongoing maintenance and requests.

17. Partner with Corporate accessibility teams to ensure alignment of design and development with Section 508 Compliance across digital media.
