(https://ryder.com/job-applicant-privacy-policy)_You are the driving force behind our company.Start your career with Ryder today!SummaryThe Senior Director Product Management for the market leading Ryder E-commerce by Whiplash platform and applications provides leadership and expertise associated with the delivery of warehouse management and e-commerce experiences for Ryder's e-commerce operations, customers, and end users. The incumbent is responsible for developing product vision and strategy and leading the product organization in delivering a differentiated product position in the market. With a focus on exceptional operations and user experience the Senior Director will leverage a data driven mentality to establish a value centered product roadmap which balances customer requirements and market opportunities. They will oversee the product management program, governance, and prioritization of initiatives with an emphasis on business growth within and across verticals, improved efficiencies, and bottom-line margin. This individual is a key advocate for customer executive, business and technical teams, Ryder executive, sales and operations staff, and Ryder Whiplash stakeholders across all functions.Essential Functions

• Develop and adapt a cohesive e-commerce product vision and strategy focused on outpacing market growth and value delivery for existing customers and end users
• Define a holistic customer experience and product roadmap focused on clear business metrics and targets
• Lead the product management team in an Agile environment spanning multiple initiatives and solutions
• Lead development of go to market strategy, product positioning, and messaging
• Foster an environment focused on rapid, data driven experimentation and deliver improvements to UX and business outcomes
• Partner with stakeholders to define requirements and own prioritization to optimize value delivery and business growth
• Provide product leadership at the enterprise level in products supporting a diverse portfolio of personas
• Partner with teams to accelerate innovation across multiple swimlanes (product, experience, platform and API, data, etc.) with a continuous learning and growth mindset
• Lead with a Voice of Customer and data centered mentality to execute product delivery from conception to marketAdditional Responsibilities

    • Ability to develop strategic plans aligned with clear objectives with a strong capability to provide a shared understanding for same with all stakeholders involved
    • Ability to express complex strategic and technical concepts in terms relatable to the audience
    • Demonstrable skill in analyzing and leveraging data in informing and making strategic and tactical prioritization decisions
    • Strong ability to lead teams in end-to-end backlog planning and refinement from ideation down to story task levels
    • Proficiency in Agile and ideally Design Thinking methodology, with a focus on managing solution driven strategic plans to achieve goals
    • Strong leadership and collaboration skills delivered with an empathetic and service leadership oriented mindset
    • Demonstrated skills in organizational group and change management processes, problem identification, continuous improvement and resolution at both strategic and functional levels
    • Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)Qualifications
      • Bachelor's degree required computer science, business administration or related field or equivalent experience
      • Master's degree preferred computer science, business administration or related field
      • Ten (10) years or more experience, with background in product management, digital transformation, solution design, business planning, strategy development, competitive analysis and financial analysis
      • Four (4) years or more leadership experience in a product team in a large and complex environment. Ideally in a very large enterprise organization
      • Experience interacting with multi-functional teams with members from the Executive down to user levels
      • Experience leading product teams focused on SaaS delivery of e-commerce, logistics, and operations solutions in an Agile environment preferredTravel20-30%Applicants from Colorado & Connecticut:Salary is determined based on internal equity; internal salary ranges; marketdata/ranges; applicant's skills; prior relevant experience; certain degrees orcertifications, etc. The salary for this position ranges from $155,000.00 to $175,000.
