This person will work closely with project sponsors, technical teams, and stakeholders to plan, design, coordinate, implement, and communicate status on projects while proactively seeking to improve processes and enhancing the entire experience. The ideal candidate will have project management skills to help the team get project deliverables outlined, aligned, and kept on schedule.RESPONSIBILITIES:Creating and continuously improving upon project management documentationPlanning and successful execution of multiple projects through cross functional collaborationPerforming analysis/due diligence, creating clear and attainable objectives and building project requirementsActively tracking each aspect of project performance against schedules and critical pathsProviding status reporting and updates on issue resolutionDelivering against agreed cost, time, scope and quality constraintsCreating, coordinating and promoting continuous improvement of workflows, procedures, processes and standardsEDUCATION:Associates Degree preferredEXPERIENCE:3 + years in project management experienceSix Sigma/PMP Certification a plusSKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES:Demonstrated effectiveness in project management, process management and optimizationExcellent workflow management skills / experienceInnovation and change management implementationProcess re-engineering and improvementStrong organization and prioritizing skillsProactive thinking and execution abilitiesDetail oriented balanced with a strategic viewClient focused - internal and external facingStrong written/verbal communication skillsResults oriented with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesAbility to effectively coordinate with all levels of the organizationStrong MIS/Metrics analysis and reporting skillsExcellent relationship building skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and one or more project management software applications (e.g., Microsoft Projects, Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence)People are our passion.
