Marketing team is looking for a hardworking, creative, and
results-driven integrated campaigns and demand professional to lead
us in our communications marketing efforts! The Director, Demand
and Integrated Marketing is an integral role, working across
multiple groups (e.g., Sales, Product Marketing, Field Marketing,
Marketing Communications, Advertising) to build and execute
campaign content and digital strategies across all stages of the
sales cycle. The ideal candidate is passionate about B2B
technology, thrives in a collaborative sales environment and has
10-12 years' experience building global marketing/demand gen
programs that successfully drive sales pipeline.QualificationsLead
the development of global integrated marketing strategies and
campaigns based on both buyer and business needs in conjunction
with marketing communications, product marketing, field marketing
and sales leadership. Oversee digital campaign budget, execution
and channel selection.Extensive experience in the spearheading of
campaigns and execution of programmatic social media marketing,
SEM, digital sponsorships, nurture, email marketing to support
Sales pipeline growth, especially for our enterprise
communications/UCaaS/CaaS market segment.Inform content development
strategies using marketing automation to support demand generation
and awareness efforts and partner with other departments (e.g.
Content Marketing, Product Marketing, Industry Strategy) on content
creation efforts.Analyze past marketing effectiveness data to
derive insights and drive optimization to channel and campaign
performanceWork closely with product marketing and sales to refine
audience segmentation and targeting practices; drive testing
strategies for continuous improvementIn close partnership with
content and web teams, ensure the website is an optimized resource
for customers/prospects as well as a robust tool for demand
generationPartner with peers across the horizontal pillars to align

Experience:Bachelors required (Marketing, Communication, or Liberal
Arts).Minimum of 10 years of B2B marketing experience, prefer 5-8
years' experience in SaaS/Software industry and minimum 3 years in
IT.Experience planning and carrying out integrated marketing
programs from inception through completion and measurement of
success.Experience in collaborating and forming relationships with
Sale Leadership, planning against B2B buying cycles, and executing
demand generation tactics.Excellent verbal and written
communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas and
influence executive leadership (portfolio/samples of writing
required).Self-motivated, upbeat doer with high expectations of
themselves and those around them with the humility to strive to
always be better.Bombora, Display and Video 360, Google Ads,
Conversica, and marketing automation systems experience.Outstanding
organizational skills - ability to establish new processes and
streamline current processes.Ability to influence, lead and mentor
cross functional teams and champion new concepts and ideas.Ability
