Job Description:
Preferred Qualifications HVAC /R Technician III and IV: Bachelor
degree or equivalent experience in HVAC /R or other related field
is preferred. Knowledge of diverse types of air distribution
systems such as Variable Air Volume and Double Duct. Completion of
all UNL and BSM required training courses and/or proficiency in
Microsoft Office products. HVAC /R Technician III : Proficient
and/or experience using an EMCS and/or a CMMS . Six or more months
of experience brazing copper line joints to withstand high
temperatures and pressure conditions is preferred. HVAC /R
Technician IV: At least 1 year experience and/or proficiency
utilizing EMCS and CMMS and 1 year experience utilizing OEM
controllers and applicable software.
