Job Description Job Description Maintenance Technician – Night Shift (12?Hour 2/2/3 Schedule) Pay: $32–$35/hr Join a team where your technical expertise truly matters. We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician who takes pride in keeping high?performance manufacturing equipment running safely, efficiently, and reliably. What You’ll Do Perform preventative maintenance to keep production equipment in optimal, safe, and ready?to?run condition. Respond to maintenance calls from the manufacturing floor, assess issues, and determine the appropriate level of repair. Troubleshoot mechanical systems including pneumatics, hydraulics, gearboxes, and motors. Diagnose electrical issues involving 3?phase motors, VFDs, and related components. Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical documentation. Operate and maintain maintenance?room equipment according to established procedures. Repair and support hydraulic presses, injection molding machines, and robotic systems. Participate in cross?functional teams focused on process improvement and equipment optimization. Conduct root?cause analysis to determine immediate corrective actions or escalation needs. Maintain a clean, organized 5S work environment. Support and administer the preventative maintenance program. Assist with auxiliary equipment setup and verification. Communicate key safety, quality, and production updates during daily team meetings.
