Job Description Job Description Job Title: Maintenance Technician Job Description As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing plant equipment, including mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. You will troubleshoot issues with machinery and equipment and perform setups and changeovers. Candidates are required to have their own tools, and electrical experience up to 480v is preferred. Responsibilities Maintain and repair plant equipment including mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Troubleshoot machinery and equipment issues. Perform setups and changeovers of machinery. Utilize personal tools for maintenance tasks. Essential Skills 2 years of industrial maintenance experience. 2 years of hydraulic and pneumatic experience. 2 years of electrical experience (480v). Proficiency in preventive maintenance, schematic reading, repair, blueprint interpretation, and PLC troubleshooting. Additional Skills & Qualifications Possession of personal tools. Work Environment Work in a manufacturing and production environment, which may include exposure to high and precarious places, moving machinery, temperature and humidity fluctuations, dust, odors, and fumes. The environment is loud. Work hours vary with available shifts including C Shift: 6P-6A 2 on 2 off 3 on 3 off (every other weekend), and 3rd Shift: 10:30p.m. – 7:00a.m. Sunday through Thursday, which includes a $1.75 shift differential. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Council Bluffs, IA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $66560.00/yr. health insurance, 401k, dental, vision, extensive PTO package Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Council Bluffs,IA.
