Job Description Job Description Job Title: Maintenance Electrician Job Description We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to diagnose and repair a variety of electrical systems and equipment. This role involves running diagnostics on machines, servicing electrical panels and breakers, and working from blueprints, diagrams, and schematics. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot electrical and electronic breakdowns, replace 3-phase motors, control panels, and gauges, and install, replace, and repair microprocessors and programmable controllers. You will utilize a range of electrical and electronic test equipment, including oscilloscopes, voltmeters, ammeters, meggers, digital meters, calibration apparatus, and laptop computers. Responsibilities Run diagnostics on machines Run conduit/pull wire (minimal) Service electrical panels & breakers Work from blueprints, diagrams, and schematics Troubleshoot all electrical and electronic breakdowns Replace 3-phase motors, control panels, & gauges Replace brushes and bearings for motors, tachometers, and generators Install, replace, and repair microprocessors, replace programmable controllers, solid state controls, temperature controls, motors, gauges, and control panels Use electrical and electronic test equipment including but not limited to oscilloscopes, voltmeters, ammeters, meggers, digital meters, calibration apparatus, and laptop computers Essential Skills Electrical & Mechanical Troubleshooting Experience working in Electric Panels PLC Troubleshooting Familiarity with Fanuc, Robot, 3-phase motors Strong mechanical aptitude Additional Skills & Qualifications Prefer maintenance associates degree, but not required High School Diploma or GED required Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $74880.00 - $74880.00/yr. onsite medical clinic that they c& their family can go to. Very competitive pay rates Great team environment. Health, dental, vision, 401K -They award "bonus" days for perfect attendance. You can earn 1 bonus day for every 4 months of perfect attendance (up to 3 days per year - these are PAID days off). -They do bonuses 2 times per year - the compensation is based on company performance and hitting core metrics -Full time benefits after 30 days of employment (on the first day of the calendar month) -Vacation - 40 hours 1st year 3 yrs - 2 weeks vacation 6 years - 3 weeks vacation 15 years - 4 weeks vacation Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Franklin,KY.
