68101 -Full Time Salary - $180,000 - $230,000/year -Negotiable
Experience You Will Need: 10–15 years in QA/QC, construction
leadership, or engineering, with a strong focus on renewable energy
projects (solar, wind, BESS). Proven experience leading
multi-project or multi-region quality programs with measurable
performance improvements. Deep knowledge of renewable installation
standards, regulatory requirements, and quality systems. Expertise
in NCR management, audits, root-cause analysis, and data-driven
quality decision-making. Strong leadership, communication, and
strategic planning skills with the ability to partner effectively
with field teams and executives.
