We are currently looking for a skilled HVAC TB (Test and Balance) Journeyman Mechanic to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all HVAC systems are optimally functioning and are in compliance with industry standards. This position involves both hands-on fieldwork and collaboration with our engineering teams to deliver tailor-made HVAC solutions that meet our clients diverse needs. As a member of our team, you will contribute to creating smarter, safer, and more sustainable environments. Perform HVAC system testing, adjusting, and balancing according to specifications. Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems to improve efficiency and reliability. Coordinate with project management and engineering teams to effectively deliver projects. Record and report all maintenance and repair activities. Comply with all safety standards and regulations within the workplace. Provide high-quality customer service, offering solutions and support for all HVAC-related issues. Profound knowledge of HVAC systems and operations. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in using HVAC testing and balancing instruments and tools. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Must possess a valid HVAC Journeyman license. Certification from the National Balancing Institute (NBI) or equivalent is highly desirable.
