Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1 years
Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. A full-time Behavior
Specialist or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) position is
available for the 2025-2026 school year in Franklin, NH. This
contract role supports middle school students within a public
school setting, offering an excellent opportunity to apply your
expertise in behavioral interventions and support strategies.
Responsibilities: Implement and monitor behavior intervention plans
tailored to middle school students Collaborate with educators and
support staff to address behavioral challenges Collect and analyze
behavioral data to assess progress and adjust interventions Provide
direct behavior support and coaching to students Participate in
team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Program
(IEP) goals Qualifications: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
certification or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
Experience working in school settings, specifically supporting
middle school-aged students Proven background in behavior
management and intervention techniques Strong communication and
collaboration skills Ability to work full-time hours, approximately
32 to 37.5 hours per week Location: Franklin, NH contract position
supporting the local middle school This role starts ASAP and
extends through June 2026, offering stability and the chance to
impact student outcomes over a full academic year. Additional
