We are growing — and we are looking for a Client Experience Manager
who wants to be the face, voice, and emotional glue of our customer
journey. If you love organization, communication, building
relationships, and creating unforgettable experiences — this role
is for you. Compensation: $62,000 yearly with health insurance and
2 weeks PTO Compensation: $62,000 yearly Responsibilities: Answer
inbound calls and respond to web inquiries with professionalism and
energy Qualify homeowners and book high-quality appointments for
the sales team Lead onboarding calls and set clear expectations for
homeowners Manage all client communication inside CRM Ensure
precise data entry, documentation, and file accuracy across all
active projects Take ownership of accurate data entry and
documentation to support job costing, financial accuracy, and other
key operational functions that keep projects on track Proactively
monitor projects to prevent communication breakdowns Drive 5-star
review collection and long-term client relationship initiatives
Qualifications: Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Excellent communicator (phone, text, email — warm but professional)
Comfortable using CRM systems and technology Proactive mindset —
you solve problems before they become issues Emotionally
intelligent — you read situations well Positive, upbeat personality
that clients feel comfortable with Growth-oriented and excited to
