Respond to customer inquiries regarding financial products and services, ensuring a clear, empathetic, and effective communication Educate customers about the various financial tools and services available to them, helping enhance customer experience and satisfaction Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues swiftly and professionally Assist in the documentation and tracking of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints Coordinate with other teams to enhance service delivery and meet clients' financial goals Stay updated with the latest financial products and services offered by Fidelity Investments Comply with all financial regulatory and compliance requirements Strong customer service and communication skills Good understanding of financial services and products Proficiency in data entry and management Ability to handle stressful situations and high-volume customer inquiries Critical thinking and problem-solving skills 401k Certified Financial Services Customer Service Professional (CFSCP) encouraged but not mandatory
