Customer Service Manager to lead and support a team in delivering
exceptional customer experiences. This role requires strong
leadership skills and a deep understanding of order processes from
initiation through fulfillment. The position is based in Franklin,
Indiana, with the opportunity for flexible scheduling as needed.
Responsibilities: • Provide hands-on supervision and guidance to a
team of five customer service professionals. • Oversee the order
process from entry to fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and
efficiency. • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly to
maintain high levels of satisfaction. • Monitor team performance
and implement strategies for continuous improvement. • Collaborate
with other departments to streamline workflows and enhance service
delivery. • Train and mentor team members to develop their skills
and knowledge. • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
and order statuses. • Ensure compliance with company policies and
procedures in all customer service activities. • Analyze customer
feedback to identify trends and recommend solutions. • Prepare
regular reports on team performance and customer service metrics.•
Proven experience in customer service management or a similar
leadership role. • Strong knowledge of order entry and fulfillment
processes. • Excellent communication and conflict resolution
skills. • Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively. •
Proficiency in handling customer inquiries in a call center
environment. • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a
fast-paced setting. • Familiarity with customer service software
and tools. • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a
customer-focused mindset.
