Position Description: The Assistant Project Manager works with field management to ensure work is completed safely per the contract documents. They oversee assigned duties on projects from bid to closeout, which include: Take off and material pricing Material requisition Submittal review Equipment scheduling Permitting Change orders Productivity and quantity tracking Pay applications Close out documents Normal schedule is Monday Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors in engineering, construction management, or equivalent experience in a construction industry Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Adobe or Bluebeam Experience with project management software and job cost reporting preferred.
