Job Description:
An award-winning, 10-bed Community Hospital in Central Nebraska,
just an hour from Lincoln, are seeking an FM physician to join
their team and work a 4-day week with 1 ER call day per month. This
hospital has strong retention and lucrative income potential into
the $400K range. The Position: • Work alongside 3 experienced FM
physicians and 5 APP's • Flexible 4-day work week • Option for
additional ER shifts and the option for OB • 1 day per month
covering the 4-bed ER and inpatient consults • Compensation
includes a Base Salary of $300K, wRVU production allows for income
of $350-400K • Sign-on package of $150,000, Full Benefits PTO,
Retirement, CME, Relocation assistance • Student Loan Repayment
options up to $30K per year; state of Nebraska can match additional
$30K per year Central Nebraska/The Community: • This quant town is
just 1 hour from Lincoln and a 6 hour drive to Denver • The cost of
