As the Landscape Foreman, you will have the opportunity to oversee various landscape projects, ensure top-notch customer satisfaction, and contribute to the growth of our company. Key Responsibilities: Work with a team of dedicated landscapers, to carry out day-to-day operations. Work on multiple landscape projects simultaneously, ensuring that all work is completed within timeframes and to the highest quality standards. Utilize your extensive knowledge of landscaping techniques and materials to create aesthetically pleasing outdoor spaces. Maintain excellent communication with clients, addressing their concerns, answering questions, and providing updates throughout the project lifespan. Collaborate with the landscape design team to implement designs and ensure accurate execution. Oversee the operation and maintenance of landscaping equipment and machinery. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and your team. Motivate and lead a team of landscapers to work efficiently and effectively to meet project deadlines. FINAL COMPENSATION AMOUNT WILL BE BASED OFF OF LEVEL OF EXPERIENCE Requirements: Prior experience working as a Landscaper/ Harscapes or similar role. Extensive knowledge of landscaping techniques, plant care, irrigation systems, and hardscape installation. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and suppliers. Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make quick decisions.
