Job Description Job Description Handyman/woman Full time position Monday through Friday 8-5 Summary: Completes residential and commercial projects by working on a variety of repairs and construction including: tiling, drywall, painting, carpentry, minor electric, minor plumbing, deck and fence repairs, remodeling, etc. Essential Functions include but are not limited to: Trouble shoot electrical problems Install ceiling fans, light fixtures, etc. Set toilets, change faucets, install garbage disposals, etc. Install and complete maintenance on wood, tile, laminate or carpeted flooring Drywall installing, finishing, texture and patch work Installing trim- base and casing. Repair/Install windows and doors Repair/replace siding Education and Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred 5 years experience in general carpentry, electrical, plumbing , painting, etc Benefits We Provide Company van and fuel van can be taken home Year-Round work Hourly pay Health Insurance 50% paid by employer 401K with matching funds Paid holidays Every employee must pass a back ground check and drug testing.
