What We’re Looking For: Experience in RV, automotive, marine, or
HVAC repair (preferred but not required) Strong mechanical skills
and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part
of a team A passion for customer service and problem-solving The RV
Technician / Mechanic must be organized, detail oriented, and able
to work independently. Hours will vary between 8 am-5 pm
Tuesday-Saturday, or Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week. Overtime may

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS Considerable knowledge of: Methods,
materials, tools and techniques used in vehicle and equipment
repair and maintenance. Diagnosing mechanical problems and
performing repairs. Safety practices and procedures. Working
knowledge of: Paint and body work. Mechanical design and
fabrication. Electrical systems, including computerized
induction/ignition systems. Skill in: Use of power and hand tools.
Use of diagnostic equipment. Operation of vehicles and equipment
for diagnostic purposes. Ability to: Work varying shifts, weekends
and holidays. Effectively handle lifting of various objects
weighing up to 100 pounds. Work extended hours out of doors in a
variety of weather conditions. Prepare and maintain records and
reports. Establish and maintain effective working relationships
with employees, other agencies and the public. Follow written and
verbal instructions, including manufacturers’ service
specifications. Communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
Education: Experience and/or training in recreational
vehicle/construction equipment repair and maintenance shop or any
combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates
the ability to perform the duties of the position.
