The team is responsible for providing an excellent customer/patient experience, both over the phone and in person; referring callers to appropriate departments; making appointments for patients per established clinic protocols; assisting patients/customers with forms. This role creates a positive patient experience by leading day-to-day operations of this team and coaching the consistent delivery of excellent customer service and amazing patient care. The Patient Experience Team is considered the crucial link between the patient and the care delivered by clinical and support staff of the clinic.The Impact You'll HaveYou'll provide oversight for planning, directing, coordinating and controlling overall operations and execution of the patient experience process. While promoting a work culture of team engagement by managing and mentoring team members and providing a supportive, hands-on and results-driven atmosphere.You'll work as part of the team to check-in patients, schedule appointments, verify demographic information, and ensure accurate check-out.You'll analyze key metric dashboards and report to ensure quality care is provided, exceptional service is being delivered, and appointment scheduling is maximized. Based on results, you will also develop action plans in conjunction with the team and resources.You'll also anticipate issues and develop solutions.
