supervision, oversees the badge and access management programs for
contractors and colleagues. Oversees Social Activities committee.
Assists with onboarding new EMU colleagues and supports overall EMU
operations across a multitude of responsibilities.Hours: 1st shift.
Monday - Friday. Position ResponsibilitiesPrimary responsibility
will be working with Site Security to oversee the process of
creating and issuing badges and managing badge access for
colleagues and contractors. Acts as Site Oversight for Social
Activities Committee.Additional Engineering/Maintenance/Utilities
(EMU) responsibilities include assisting with onboard and maintain
EMU vendors and contractors, work in conjunction with Security to
issue, track and manage keys and locks, interact with vendors and
contractors, assist with the department safety committee, and
maintain inventories of office operating supplies. On an as-needed
basis, manages tasks such as expense purchases, purchase order
authoring, label / lamination / signage requests.Understand and
utilize Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) when completing
assigned work and paperwork such as work orders, SOPs, SAP (CMMS
System) and equipment logbooks. Learn and comply with regulatory
requirements such as APHIS, VMD & OSHA.Perform other duties as
assigned by supervisor.Education and ExperienceHigh School Diploma
or GED required. Two years technical training/experience
preferred.Technical Skills and Competencies RequiredProficiency
with Microsoft Office and SAP is required.Physical Position
RequirementsOccasionally lifts up to 50 lbs.May be exposed to
temperature variations, prolonged standing, or walking.Valid
