Ref ID: 02500-9502455819Classification: ReceptionistCompensation: $12.00 to $14.00 hourlyA well-respected Lincoln office needs a full time temporary Receptionist/Office Assistant to assist in day to day activities.The Receptionist/Office Assistant will be responsible for answering multi-line phones, transferring calls, greeting clients, scanning, filing, data entry into company data base and general clerical support as assigned. The Receptionist/Office Assistant will handle the postage and shipping for incoming and outgoing mail and packages along with post office deliveries and will also manage the conference room schedules.
