**Position Description** **What makes an outstanding Business Process Analyst Consultant, Revenue Assurance?** As a Business Process Analyst Consultant, Revenue Assurance **, r** eporting into Bank Solutions Professional Services Operations group, your role will be to ensure visibility to fulfillment/delivery activities, and corresponding revenue events by the organization. This role is responsible for providing backlog management oversight, and the facilitation of revenue assurance meetings. Your actions within these activities ensure backlog and revenue alignment across the Professional Services delivery group, Business Units, and our Financial teams. Additionally, you will helps ensure overall revenue priorities for the delivery organization, and influence capacity-planning decisions. **As a Business Process Analyst Consultant, Revenue Assurance, you will:** + Support backlog management oversight and hygiene -- ensuring project records and information used to predict delivery activities/milestones and associated revenue events are accurate and predictable. + You will be the primary contact for Finance, Business Units, and Professional Services as it relates to backlog and ensuring these key partners have clear visibility to the revenue activities being delivered by Professional Services + We need you to understand revenue velocity with a primary goal of this position being to ensure we are converting orders/sales into revenue as early as possible in the fulfillment lifecycle, and help maintain optimal/healthy backlog levels. + Your facilitation of revenue assurance meetings ? collaborating with Professional Services functional groups, Business Unit, and Finance teams to schedule and prioritize work ensuring financial priorities of the division/organization are achieved. + We expect you to conduct ongoing reviews leadership to ensure visibility to their portfolio, including backlog categories and movement. + We also want you to support ongoing audits of project status, and assist in the management and maintenance of the financial data in the PPM tools. + We will have you collaborating with Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) Manager for master scheduling and prioritization activities. + You will also provide leadership applicable dashboards and reports. To do this you will efficiently under pressure, accurately meet deadlines, present a professional demeanor, and work well independently + Advanced level computer experience, including skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio + Validated experience with troubleshooting, organizational, and analytical skills with a can-do and ?roll up your sleeves? attitude; the ability to adjust to changing requirements/environments are critical + analysis + Prior Project, Process Management, and Change Management experience + Experience with data Visualization tools and skills + Ability to travel 10%. **Preferred qualifications for consideration:** + Bachelor's degree in business, finance, related field OR equivalent experience with a High School diploma + Familiarity with GAAP principles and revenue recognition standards + Familiarity with Quote to Cash processes, tools, and methodologies + ERP (SAP, Oracle, etc.) Financial modules familiarity + Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) experience (Clarity PPM experience a plus) **About our Business:** Our Bank Solutions team delivers technology products and services for community, regional and large financial institutions, whether they process in-house or through an outsourced service center.
