apply. Responsibilities: • Maintain accurate and up-to-date
financial records to ensure compliance with company standards. •
Utilize QuickBooks to manage transactions and generate financial
reports. • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
efficiently, ensuring timely payments and collections. • Conduct
regular bank reconciliations to verify account balances and resolve
discrepancies. • Track and categorize expenses to support budgeting
and financial planning. • Prepare reports and summaries to assist
management in decision-making. • Ensure compliance with all
relevant financial regulations and company policies. • Collaborate
with team members to address any accounting issues or challenges. •
Monitor cash flow and report any potential risks or opportunities.
• Assist with audits and provide required documentation as needed.•
Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar financial role. •
Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software. • Strong
understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable
processes. • Experience performing bank reconciliations with
attention to detail. • Excellent organizational and time management
skills. • Ability to analyze financial data and identify
discrepancies. • Strong communication skills to collaborate with
team members effectively. • Familiarity with financial regulations
and compliance standards.
