Securitas Security Services USA, Inc., a leader in protective services, is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join our finance team. This role is pivotal in managing incoming payments and ensuring accurate billing processes, supporting our mission to provide unparalleled security solutions. The successful candidate will handle account transactions, resolve discrepancies, and maintain precise records, contributing directly to the financial health of our company. This position requires a meticulous, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Process and monitor incoming payments, ensuring accuracy in transactions. Maintain and update customer billing information and files. Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted. Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status. Collaborate with other departments to ensure billing accuracy and improve information flow. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in payments or accounts. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Accounts Receivable Professional (CARP) is preferred but not required.
