Job Description:
A company is looking for a Financial Retirement Consultant to
join their growing team and provide guidance on retirement savings
options.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide over the phone guidance to customers regarding their
employer-sponsored retirement accounts
Discuss available account options, such as 401K and IRAs, to align
with customers' retirement savings goals
Educate customers on information specific to their retirement plan
and compare options to support their savings goals
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work
experience
Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, preferably inside sales
Current FINRA licenses or ability to obtain FINRA 7 & 63
registrations within corporate timelines
Motivated, self-starter with the ability to learn new information
quickly
Demonstrated sales, relationship management, and customer service
skills
