Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic, process-oriented team member who will support the Order Entry & Billing team for Stanley Healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately create and input customer invoices after verification of shipped equipment, completion of project installation or maintenance service performed
• Process, create, and input customer returns & credit memos
• Enter new customer orders in the accounting systems including data accuracy validation
• Process intercompany affiliate orders received and customer invoicing
• Own the process of filing tax exemption certificates
• Maintain strong internal controls including ensuring proper DOA ("Delegation of Authority") approvals are recevied where applicable.
• Perform month-end close procedures to ensure proper cut-off of invoices based on shipments from the plant dock
  
  Required Skills & Experience:
  
  
  • Minimum 1-2 years of invoicing, billing or AP/AR experience required
  • Accounting experience and/or education desirable
  • Clerical experience helpful
  • Must be able to work in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail required
  • Good oral and written communications skills
  • Data entry experience required
  • Keyboard and 10-key experience with the appropriate speed required
  • The ability to read numbers and perform data entry quickly and accurately is essential
