(CIT) is looking to hire a Truck Sales Coordinator/Title Clerk to join our Omaha, NE sales team!Day Shift: Monday thru Friday between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMPay Range: $28 - $30 an hourBenefits of being a Truck Sales Coordinator at CIT are as follows:$2,000 Hiring BonusComfortable Work Environment in a family-owned dealershipMedical/Dental/VisionCompany Paid Life Insurance/AD&D401(K) with a company matchPaid time offAssigned mentor available for this roleThe following skills/abilities are needed to perform the duties of a Truck Sales Coordinator:Generates truck deal packetsInputs data for New & Used truck inventoryReviews manufactures invoices/statementResponsible for completing all administrative tasks once a truck is soldEnsures all expenses are reconciled per truck dealCompletes vehicle Title documents ensuring all documents are prepared in accordance with federal and state lawsRecords the daily and monthly sales transactionsHandles vendor payments (sales floor plan payments, Federal Excise Tax (F.E.T); maintains loan & finance documentsPrepares the month-end closing reports (ie: commission/sales reports; factory settlement)Follows sales department's process and proceduresQualifications:Demonstrates good communication skills both orally and writtenDemonstrates the ability to work in a team environmentDemonstrates professionalism in the workplaceDemonstrates good time management skills and is detail-orientedRequirements:High school diploma and Associates degree in business or accounting preferredMinimum of two (2) years of work-related experience in a dealership setting is a plusProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel); Email (Outlook)Must pass a drug test & background checkCornhusker International Trucks, Inc. is an equal employment employer!%980730% %%admin%%
